Luella Bartley decided along the path of journalism by leaving college to work at a magazine. After a couple of years working for Vogue she decided to leave and pursue her passion of creating her own label in 1999. After designing and launching her collection at her friends flat she was immediately well received by friends and buyers alike in the London seen, and expanding globally in the following years. Luella closed her label at the end of 2009.
