Balenciaga Handbags

Cristobal Balenciaga opened his first shop in San Sebastian, Spain in 1914; the beginning of the Balenciaga fashion house. Soon expanding stores to other major cities, Balenciaga’s designs were worn by Spanish aristocrats and royalty. After the Spanish Civil War forced him to close his stores, he moved to Paris and became an immediate success always showcasing ultramodern, feminine designs.
